The US Postal Service announced that it will be starting a new load-sharing program called "Collaborative Logistics" for the next two years to increase its share in shipping printing and document delivery.
However, contrary to the movement of its fellow competitors in the market, the USPS also increased its stamp price from 42 to 44 cents.
