According to a gawker article, Republicans are planning to protest big time, about how the other side wanted to make the Senate Health Care Bill look big by printing it on one single sided papers.
The physical size of the bill itself is made it as a popular props that was dragged out as a huge block of paper, a feet tall, in advance of the vote on whether to hear the bill in the Senate or not.
